Phone Number Masking By Member

 

Mask the consumer’s phone numbers according to account member type selection which is determined at the client level. For example, to mask the consumer’s phone number if a defending attorney or credit counseling service has been added to an account, you can select this check box under client settings and pick the member types.

Setup

Masking phone numbers by member is a client level setting, go to Client Accounts, select the client. On the Client, select the Settings Tab and the Misc Button to display the Miscellaneous Settings Screen.

To Turn on the Masking by Member Option, click the Check Box next to Mask Phones if Account has any of these Members option and click the button to display the Member List Selection Screen.

Accounts with selected Account Members will have their phone numbers masked. Find the Account Members you want to trigger the phone number masking and click the button to move it to the Selected Member Type List. Continue until all Members you want to include in the phone number masking have been selected. Click the to exit the screen.

Click the button to save the Masking Settings

The debtor phone numbers will be masked for accounts with the selected Members for it's attached Client.


Note: To view the phone number, click the Debtor Phone button and all the numbers will be displayed unmasked on this screen. This feature it to help deter manual calling on accounts with Defending Attorneys, Power of Attorneys or Consumer Credit Counseling members. Automated processes may still export the account phone numbers for automatic calls and manual calls can be made by reviewing the Alternate Phone Screen.
